These terms apply to equipment rentals and catering services booked with El Regio Party Rentals. By booking, you agree to the following.
1. Quotes and booking
- Quotes are informational and do not hold a date on their own.
- A date is held with a deposit of [pending — % or amount], non-refundable except as described in section 5.
- The balance is due [pending — on delivery / X days before the event].
- Prices may vary based on distance, site conditions or changes to the order.
2. Delivery, setup and pickup
- We deliver and set up at the address you provide within our service area (Hemet, Temecula, Menifee and surrounding areas). A travel fee may apply outside that area.
- The customer must provide clear access to the area, a flat and clear surface, and a power outlet within [pending — distance] for inflatables.
- If the site is not ready on arrival and we must wait or return, an additional fee may apply.
3. Equipment use and safety
- Inflatables require adult supervision at all times.
- No food, drinks, shoes, glasses, sharp objects or pets inside the inflatables.
- Equipment must be vacated in high wind, rain or power failure.
- The customer is responsible for the equipment from delivery until pickup.
4. Damage and cleaning
Normal wear and tear is expected. Damage from misuse, burns, tears, graffiti or excessive dirt is charged separately based on the cost of repair or replacement. Lost or stolen equipment is charged at replacement value.
5. Cancellations and weather

- If weather makes setup unsafe (wind, rain), we offer to reschedule at no cost within [pending — period], subject to availability.
6. Catering and food
The final guest count must be confirmed [pending — X days] before the event. Let us know about allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Leftover food becomes the customer's responsibility once service ends.
7. Liability
The customer assumes responsibility for use of the equipment during the event and releases El Regio Party Rentals from claims arising out of misuse or lack of supervision. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service booked.

8. Photography
