Frequently asked questions
Which cities do you deliver to?
We serve Hemet, San Jacinto, Menifee, Murrieta, Temecula, Perris, Winchester and the surrounding Inland Empire. Delivery is free within 25 miles of Hemet; beyond that a travel fee applies and we confirm it in your quote.
What's included in the taco catering?
Two hours of service with three meats: asada, pastor and chicken, plus rice, refried beans, mulitas and quesadillas, one agua fresca of your choice (horchata, jamaica, pineapple, strawberry and more) and all the toppings: red and green salsa, cilantro, onion, limes, grilled onions and jalapeños. Plates, forks and napkins included.
Can I rent a bounce house or mechanical bull on its own?
Yes. You can rent just the bounce house, just the mechanical bull or the waterslide — though most of our customers build a package with tables, chairs and a tent because it works out better. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll quote both options.
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Yes — delivery, setup and pickup are on us. We just need clear access to the area, a flat and clear surface, and a power outlet nearby for the inflatables.
How far in advance should I book?
The sooner the better, especially around graduation season and the holidays. Your date is held with a deposit and a signed contract. We also take last-minute requests when we have availability — call us and we'll tell you right away.
Do bounce houses need supervision?
Yes. Inflatables require adult supervision at all times. No food, drinks, shoes, glasses or sharp objects inside, and they must be vacated in high wind or rain.
Do you serve customers in English and Spanish?
Both. We're a Mexican family business in Hemet and we'll take care of you in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
